Lovely friendly service but the restaurant was very quiet and the pasta disappointing.

We went in with high hopes. The only vegan restaurant in Aosta. With lots of positive reviews.We left very disappointed. Limited choices (which in itself is not a problem).  Slow service and really not good food. We even send food back.Greek salad was made long in advance. Tasteless and watery. Vegan cheese no taste as all. Vegan burger ok taste mainly the 2 slices of grilled eggplant. Green salad too salty eat and fried trio had only 2 selections that were eatable (one was so deep fried you can break your teeth).Really a pity as w should have way more vegan restaurants. But with good quality food and that is not Cibo.

Creative cooking and presentation.  Service was attentive.  We ate in the wine cellar which added a special ambiance.  Wine selection arguably one of the best in Aosta.

The food was fresh and delicious.  The wine was excellent, as well as local.  Our server was energetic and fun.  It was an evening to remember.
